These terms govern your access to and use of Marwin, the AI agents agencies use to deliver work for their Clients. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Marwin (“Marwin”, “we”, “us”), operator of the platform at marwin.ai. If you use Marwin on behalf of an agency or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Marwin provides AI agents for agencies to deliver work for their Clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the platform. Availability, accuracy, and results are not guaranteed. Any data or output the Services provide is to support your work; you are responsible for how you use it.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, other Partners, or third parties.
The Services may rely on third-party providers, and your use of the Services may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or the accuracy of any data they supply.
Marwin and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms. Content and work you create for your Clients remain yours or your Clients’; you grant us the rights needed to process and deliver it as part of the Services.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For the data you process through Marwin, you act as the controller and Marwin acts as your processor, handling that data on your instructions and only to provide the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data or output the Services generate will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marwin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Marwin harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content and campaigns, your relationships with your Clients, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to the platform or others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of Marwin after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive authority over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
