Marwin provides AI agents that agencies use to deliver work for their Clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both the data we hold about you as a Partner and the data you entrust to us to process on behalf of your Clients.
In this policy, “Marwin”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Marwin, the operator of the platform at marwin.ai. “Partner” means an agency or individual with a Marwin account; “Client” means the businesses a Partner serves using Marwin.
For information you provide about yourself and your account, Marwin acts as a data controller. For the data you process through Marwin to serve your Clients, Marwin acts as a data processor handling that data on your instructions.

When you use Marwin’s AI agents to carry out work for your Clients, Marwin processes that data as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, for honouring opt-outs and do-not-contact requests, and for complying with the marketing, anti-spam, and data-protection laws that apply to you and your Clients. We process this data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, each bound to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us. These include:

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure we retain data only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it. The data you process through Marwin is retained under your control and removed on your instruction, subject to reasonable operational limits.
We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so each Partner’s data stays separate. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data and will notify you of a breach affecting your personal information where the law requires.
Marwin and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable law.
